I joined SELF in 2021 as Health Director. In my first six months, I helped finish the launch of the brand’s new health conditions vertical, Conditionally. During this time, I managed two associate health directors and led the brand’s commercially-driven health content, as well as health SEO coverage. I also pitched, assigned, edited, and project managed various editorial packages, including Black Women and Breast Cancer, which was nominated for an ASME Award in the Service Journalism category in 2022.

As executive editor, I currently manage three director-level editors who steer SELF’s health, wellness, food, and fitness coverage. I oversee the site’s day-to-day edit strategy and operations and greater editorial projects, including the digital covers I edited below:
